Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls; take messages
Schedule appointments and manage calendars
Arrange staff meetings and prepare related documents
Handle incoming/outgoing mail
Draft memos, invoices, reports, and edit documents
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Manage and market via social media; generate leads
Promote and sell products/services to clients
Report on customer feedback and market trends
Maintain and update office procedures
✅ Requirements & Skills:
Strong administrative and task management skills
Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic
Ability to create and edit videos
Experience in sales is a plus
Basic knowledge in accounting
Good to have: background in design and IT
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
Time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Relationship management and openness to feedback
Prefer to have a valid visa or be under family sponsorship
