Lead – As an Application Lead, you will be responsible to support, maintain, and troubleshoot backend systems in production. This role focuses on ensuring system reliability, resolving incidents, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve service stability and performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Expected to be an SME
– Collaborate and manage the team to perform
– Responsible for team decisions
– Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
– Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
– Lead the application development process
– Ensure effective communication within the team and stakeholders
Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
– Strong understanding of API design and implementation
– Experience in building integrations using Mulesoft
– Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms
– Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and debugging integration issues
Additional Information:
– The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform
– A 15 years full-time education is required
– Troubleshooting experiences (tools, logs analysis etc.) and quick Troubleshooting skill
– 5 years of Experience in Application / Platform support activities, proficient in ITSM tool, processess and Support activities.
– Willing to work in shifts, on-call for Operational supports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR14,000.00 – QAR17,000.00 per month
