Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Functional Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing. The role involves validating business processes, workflows, integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery through functional, regression, and UAT testing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and traceability documents.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Test CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• Validate workflows, data integrity, integrations, security roles, and reports.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Support UAT activities and collaborate with business and technical teams.
