ob Summary: We are looking for a talented and results-driven HR Recruiter based in India, seeking a hybrid job opportunity in the UAE. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for identifying talent, and a strategic approach to building a diverse and skilled workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for Blue Collar and white collar
Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
