Motorcycle (Bike) Driver Jobs in Doha at Advanced Construction Technology Services
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Motorcycle (Bike) Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of official company documents between company offices, project sites, government authorities, clients, banks, and other designated locations while ensuring full compliance with Qatar traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid Qatar Motorcycle Driving License.
- Minimum of 2 years of motorcycle driving experience in Qatar.
- Good knowledge of roads, government offices, and commercial locations across Qatar.
- Ability to communicate in English
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Ability to handle confidential company documents with care.
- Must strictly follow Qatar traffic laws and practice safe driving at all times.
- Must transfer sponsorship to our company
Job Responsibilities
- Safely operate a company motorcycle in accordance with Qatar traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Deliver and collect official company documents, letters, contracts, invoices, permits, and other correspondence between offices, project sites, clients, suppliers, banks, and government authorities.
- Submit and collect documents from ministries, municipalities, immigration offices, banks, and other government or private entities as instructed.
- Ensure all documents are delivered accurately, securely, and within the required timeframes.
- Obtain signatures, acknowledgements, or receipts for delivered and collected documents when required.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and daily trips.
- Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct daily inspections of the assigned motorcycle and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
- Keep the motorcycle clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
- Ensure the motorcycle registration, insurance, and other required documents remain valid and available required coordination with person in charge.
- Handle confidential company documents with the highest level of integrity and discretion.
- Immediately report accidents, traffic violations, delays, or other incidents to the supervisor.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor related to administration and logistics support.
- Safely operate the company motorcycle at all times in strict compliance with Qatar traffic laws, road regulations, and company driving policies, ensuring defensive driving practices and promoting road safety.
Pay: Up to QAR2,000.00 per month
