Motor Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Motor Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting motor insurance products, assisting customers in selecting suitable coverage, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales, banking sales, financial services, automotive sales, or a related customer-facing sales role.
• Previous experience in motor insurance or automotive sales will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to work toward and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in Arabic and good communication skills in English are required.
• Qatar driving license will be considered an advantage.
