Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Estimator – Motor Claims to assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and ensure accurate claim settlements. The ideal candidate will have experience in motor claims estimation, a strong understanding of automotive repair processes, and the ability to work efficiently with insurance companies, workshops, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare detailed damage assessment reports.
Estimate repair costs based on labor, parts, and materials required.
Work closely with insurance companies, repair workshops, and clients to process motor claims efficiently.
Verify the authenticity of claims and ensure compliance with insurance policies and industry standards.
Negotiate repair costs with workshops and approve estimates within policy guidelines.
Use estimation software (such as Audatex, GT Motive, or similar) to generate repair estimates.
Conduct follow-ups on claim progress and liaise with surveyors, assessors, and repair facilities.
Ensure timely processing and settlement of claims, minimizing disputes and delays.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for each claim.
Provide expert advice on claim-related queries and assist in fraud detection when necessary.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in motor claims estimation, insurance assessment, or a related field.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vehicle repair processes, spare parts, and estimation tools.
Software Skills: Experience with insurance claim management systems like Audatex, GT Motive, or similar platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact professionally with clients, insurers, and workshops.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess damage accurately and provide cost-effective repair solutions.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring precise and fair claim evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of UAE motor insurance regulations.
Experience working with insurance companies, accident repair centers, or vehicle assessment firms.
