Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetics Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, outstanding customer service, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-end aesthetic or medical clinics, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare and aesthetic industry standards.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate staff, including receptionists, nurses, and practitioners, to maintain high levels of professionalism and service.
Patient Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.
Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by implementing strategies to attract new clients, retain existing patients, and upsell services.
Marketing & Social Media Support: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the clinic’s services, manage client engagement, and oversee social media presence.
Financial & Inventory Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage stock levels for medical and aesthetic supplies.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure the clinic adheres to local health regulations, safety protocols, and best industry practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing an aesthetics, dermatology, or medical spa clinic.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of aesthetic procedures, treatments, and skincare products.
Experience in sales, business development, and marketing strategies for aesthetic services.
Familiarity with DHA regulations and compliance in the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in clinic management software and scheduling systems.
