Role Description:

The Mortgage & Finance Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This is a client-facing sales and advisory role responsible for generating new business, developing strategic relationships, and providing end-to-end mortgage and finance solutions for residential, commercial, and investment property clients.

The successful candidate will advise clients on suitable financing options, assess financial eligibility, structure mortgage solutions, and manage the complete application process from initial consultation through to bank approval and property transfer.

The role requires close collaboration with real estate developers, property consultants, banks, financial institutions, and referral partners to expand business opportunities, maintain strong professional relationships, and consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new mortgage and finance business through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and business development activities.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of investors, developers, referral partners, and prospective clients.
• Advise clients on mortgage products, property finance, refinancing, and investment financing solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and recommend suitable financing options based on each client's profile.
• Manage the complete mortgage application process from consultation through approval and disbursement.
• Liaise with banks, financial institutions, developers, and legal representatives to ensure timely processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, real estate agencies, financial institutions, and corporate partners.
• Negotiate competitive financing solutions and achieve successful outcomes for clients.
• Prepare financial analyses, proposals, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE banking regulations, lending policies, and applicable legal requirements.
• Monitor mortgage market trends, interest rates, banking products, and regulatory developments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline and performance reporting.
• Represent Oryx Signature professionally at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and developer launches.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets, KPIs, and business development objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience within mortgage advisory, banking, real estate finance, property sales, or financial services in the UAE.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business development objectives.
• An established portfolio and network of potential investors, developers, referral partners, and high-value clients is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial mortgage products, lending policies, and UAE banking practices.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, income documents, cash flow, and client affordability.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of UAE property financing regulations and relevant tax considerations.
• Excellent relationship management and client advisory skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is mandatory. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with CRM and mortgage management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple client cases while consistently meeting deadlines.
