We are looking for aggressive & dynamic Mortgage Advisor for various banks with excellent Commission Structure. The candidates must have experience working in mortgage market, banks or, related to.
Job Requirement:
- Originate and make sales of loan packages to customers, including meeting and counseling with customers at their homes and offices.
- To make use of in-depth knowledge of the market to find mortgage products suitable for the needs of various clients, who have different financial circumstances.
- Engage in marketing, promotion and business development activities in support of sales, including calling on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors and other potential referral sources.
- Relationship Management and networking with real estates and developers.
- Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.
- End to end process management
- Understand and support the corporation’s policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the corporation’s customers.
- Meeting Performance Targets.
- Organized flexible & Calm with great attention to detail.
