Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry
Honesty and Integrity are a must
Proven track record in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in the Dubai market.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and legal requirements.
A valid Real Estate Broker License from RERA.
Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
