Key Responsibilities:
Assess clients’ financial situations and guide them through the mortgage application process.
Provide expert advice on various mortgage products and programs to suit clients’ unique needs.
Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to process and finalize mortgage applications.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and lending regulations.
Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards and company policies.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and service targets.
Maintain a database of potential and existing clients for follow-ups and referrals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Mortgage Agent license (if applicable by region).
Proven experience in mortgage sales or financial services.
Strong understanding of mortgage products, interest rates, and industry regulations.
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze financial documents and assess creditworthiness.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Self-motivated with acustomer-centric approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
