Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including changing bed linens, replacing towels, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all rooms are inviting and comfortable for guests.
Guest Interaction: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Deliver and retrieve items on loan to guests, such as irons and ironing boards.
Safety and Security: Maintain the security of guest rooms and respect guest privacy.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills: Must be honest, reliable, and possess a friendly demeanor. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential
