Responsibilities
Responsible for the production, assembly, and debugging of various molds, ensuring they meet design requirements and production standards.
Timely maintenance of molds that encounter issues during production to ensure smooth operations.
Equipment Operation and Maintenance
Proficient in operating mold processing equipment such as milling machines, grinding machines, and electrical discharge machines, as well as performing daily maintenance.
Regularly check equipment operation status to promptly identify and address any faults.
Quality Control
Conduct strict quality inspections on molds produced and repaired to ensure precision and quality.
Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality issues, proposing improvements to enhance mold quality.
Technical Improvement and Innovation
Stay updated on industry technology trends, actively introducing new technologies and processes to enhance mold production levels.
Improve and optimize existing molds to boost production efficiency and product quality.
Documentation Management
Maintain records of mold production and repair, including drawings, process documents, and inspection reports.
Manage mold archives to ensure the completeness and traceability of documents.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Requires a college degree or higher in mold design and manufacturing, mechanical manufacturing, or related fields.
Work Experience: Has some experience in mold manufacturing or maintenance and is familiar with mold processing techniques and procedures. Experience in large mold production or precision mold maintenance is preferred.
Skills Requirements: Proficient in operating mold processing equipment such as milling machines, grinding machines, and electrical discharge machines. Capable of mold design and drawing, and proficient in using CAD, NX, and other software. Familiar with the properties and selection of mold materials, and knowledgeable in mold heat treatment and surface treatment technologies.
