JASARA PMC is seeking a Mobility Lead to join our team. The Program Support Service Team provides a high-quality centralized service that guides and supports colleagues throughout their time on the program, including employee accommodation, transportation, and concierge services, with a focus on onboarding and offboarding. The team is responsible for delivering an enhanced service and improving the employee experience.

The Mobility Lead is responsible for creating and coordinating a centralized approach to onboarding and mobilization, including transfers, ground transportation, and mobility-related activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversees the overall onboarding and offboarding procedures for incoming employees.

Establishes processes to provide a cohesive ‘Qiddiya experience’ for all candidates.

Coordinates transportation, vehicles, and drivers for onboarding activities such as airport pickups, first-day arrangements, and visitor logistics.

Develops a centralized suite of services and initial service level standards to ensure high-quality support for employees and their dependents, facilitating a successful settling-in period.

Regularly collects employee feedback on their experiences and develops models for continuous improvement.

Explores innovative solutions to create efficiencies in processes and communications, enhancing the overall user experience while considering cost versus value.

Responds to inquiries from incoming employees regarding service schedules.

Supports the New Hire Orientation process.

Creates ‘how-to guides’ to support new hire processes, included in New Hire Packages.

Collaborates with the Delivery Partner mobilization teams to forecast mobilization numbers and maintain service levels during peak periods.

Maintains regular follow-up communication with inbound candidates.

Ensures all steps in the mobilization process are thoroughly documented.

Reports on mobilization status in line with SLAs.

Provides support to the Concierge Lead as a secondary support resource.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Ability to take initiative, lead tasks independently, and manage complex projects effectively. Capable of conducting focused briefings at all management levels, demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgment. Skilled at networking across departments and external stakeholders, influencing, and partnering. Embraces diversity and considers multiple perspectives. Possesses excellent organizational skills.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, or

High Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration with 5+ years of HR experience, or

High School diploma with 6+ years of HR experience.

Experience coordinating high-volume services in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, English Translation, or English Literature preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Fluent in Arabic and English preferred.

Proven experience in administrative roles involving internal and external stakeholder engagement, with a solid understanding of HR and recruitment processes.

High attention to detail and professional communication skills.

Local experience in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is preferred.
