Job Summary
The Mobile Promoter is responsible for promoting and selling mobile phones, accessories, and related products inside assigned retail stores. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, assisting customers, and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate mobile phones and accessories to customers.
- Explain product features, specifications, and benefits clearly.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable mobile devices based on their needs.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Keep updated with latest mobile models, promotions, and competitor products.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with store staff and management for smooth operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and availability of demo units and promotional materials.
Requirements
- Previous experience in mobile sales or retail promotion preferred.
- Good communication and selling skills.
- Knowledge of smartphone brands and technology.
- Presentable personality with customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in retail shifts, weekends, and holidays.
