As a Commercial Fit out/ Maintenance Project Manager, you will be responsible for helping to keep projects on a realistic timescale and budget. This involves selecting and leading a project team and ensuring you are aware of all details so you can keep management upto date.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and plan the Shop/ Spa interior fit -out from the conception through to the implementation to ensure that projects are delivered on time and the cost and quality standards are maintained.
2. Analyze the technical drawings to ensure the feasibility of project designs and engineering activities that are consistent with the project design.
3. Identify and recommend project resources for procurement and provide specifications.
4. perform technical evaluation assessment of quotes and ensure effective follow-up where appropriate Liaise and coordinate with the mall management to ensure necessary approvals permits and associated documentation is in place.
4. Liaise and coordinate with third-party contractors to ensure that schedules and programs of work are properly communicated operating procedures and standards are adhered to and the work of multiple contractors is properly coordinated.
5. Oversee on-site construction works to ensure that operations are carried out in the most efficient and safe manner and operating procedures and standards are correctly followed taking corrective action as appropriate.
6. Use techniques to evaluate and solve technical problems to support the achievement of timely project completion.
7. Documents communicate and oversee adherence to quality assurance standards taking corrective action as appropriate.
8. Prepare reports records and correspondence on all the project activities and issues to ensure the details pertaining to the project are communicated effectively and management has sufficient information to support the decision-making.
9. Oversee the receipt and storage of materials to ensure that materials are correctly and safely stored and available for issue on site when required.
10. Liaise and coordinate with other Departments to exchange information resolve problems and ensure the provision of new shops/spas that meet business needs.
11. Authorize payment settlement of manpower and materials as and when appropriate as per the authorization limit set by the Company.
12. Oversee compilation and effective rectification of snag lists and handover to the concerned Manager.
13. Responsible for the maintenance contracts at the store level Coordinate internal resources and third-party’s vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
14. Manage project budget and constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
15. Initiation monitoring of project completion and acceptance and preparing project completion report.
16. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Builing Commerical Spa in UAE: 2 years (Required)
Maintenace and project Manager: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
UAE Driving license (Required)
