Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Mobile Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in pet grooming and be comfortable providing professional grooming services for dogs and cats at clients’ locations using a mobile grooming unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform breed-specific haircuts and styling for various dog and cat breeds.
- Bathe pets using organic shampoos and conditioners.
- Blow dry and brush coats to maintain healthy fur.
- Trim nails and provide basic toothbrushing.
- Clean eyes, ears, and facial areas.
- Trim paws and apply pet-safe perfume.
- Perform dematting and deshedding treatments.
- Apply heat protection and moisturizing paw wax.
- Provide dry grooming services for cats.
- Ensure pets are handled safely and humanely throughout the grooming process.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the mobile grooming van and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide recommendations on pet coat and skin care.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Pet Groomer.
- Experience with breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques.
- Experience grooming both dogs and cats.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile grooming environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for animal care and welfare.
- Ability to safely handle pets of different sizes and temperaments.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
