Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mobile & laptop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fixing and repairing a wide range of electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, gadgets, and other electronic equipment. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring quality repairs, and collaborating with other team members to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot faults in phones, tablets, gadgets, and other electronic devices.
Repair and replace damaged components, including screens, batteries, and internal circuitry.
Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding the repair process and device performance.
Work closely with the repair team to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technologies, tools, and trends in electronics repair.
Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
Handle and maintain equipment and tools used for repairs.
Document repairs and maintain records of parts and materials used.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in repairing and troubleshooting electronic devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, gadgets).
In-depth knowledge of electronic circuits, components, and tools used for repairs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
