Mixologist – Fine Dining Restaurant

We are looking for a talented and creative Mixologist to join our fine-dining team. This role is ideal for a passionate beverage professional who can transform premium ingredients into sophisticated, innovative non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.

As a Mixologist, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional dining experience through beautifully presented, balanced, and memorable beverages that complement our cuisine and uphold the standards of a luxury restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare innovative non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and signature beverages.
• Develop sophisticated flavor combinations using fresh fruits, herbs, spices, teas, botanicals, shrubs, syrups, infusions, and other premium ingredients.
• Design beverage pairings that complement the restaurant’s fine-dining menu.
• Maintain consistently high standards of taste, presentation, and service.
• Prepare house-made syrups, infusions, garnishes, bitters, and other beverage components.
• Provide knowledgeable and personalized recommendations to guests.
• Deliver polished, attentive, and professional service in a luxury dining environment.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of ingredients, preparation techniques, glassware, and presentation.
• Ensure the beverage station is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Monitor beverage inventory and communicate stock requirements to management.
• Contribute ideas for seasonal menus, special events, and new beverage concepts.
• Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• • • • Previous experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, Beverage Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a fine-dining or luxury hospitality environment.
      • Strong knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage preparation and modern mixology techniques.
      • Creative mindset with a passion for developing unique and refined beverages.
      • Excellent understanding of flavor profiles and ingredient combinations.
      • Strong attention to detail and presentation.
      • Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
      • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
      • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
      • Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
      • Fluency in English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
