NAHATÉ Dubai is looking for a Mixologist to join our team.
We are looking for someone who is interested not only in making drinks, but also in creating them. Someone who enjoys experimenting, working with new ingredients, exploring modern techniques, and turning ideas into refined, well-balanced recipes.
In this role, you will contribute to seasonal menus, participate in tastings, refine recipes, work with modern bar techniques, and take part in special projects and guest shifts.
We do not expect you to know everything. Curiosity, good taste, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for continuous learning matter much more.

What You Will Do:
• Develop new cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Create seasonal menus and special offerings.
• Work with modern bar techniques and ingredients.
• Test, taste, and refine recipes.
• Participate in guest shifts, collaborations, and special projects.
• Maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation.
What We Are Looking For:
• Previous experience as a Mixologist, Senior Bartender, or Head Bartender.
• Strong understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Hands-on experience with modern cocktail techniques.
• Passion for beverage development and experimentation.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and good taste.
• Fluent English.
Compensation:
