What will I be doing?
As a Minibar Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of minibar presentation, product quality, accuracy, and cleanliness while ensuring efficient daily operations. The role also supports effective inventory and revenue control in line with Waldorf Astoria Brand Standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
As a Minibar Attendant, you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of minibar presentation, product quality, accuracy, and cleanliness while ensuring efficient daily operations. The role also supports effective inventory and revenue control in line with Waldorf Astoria Brand Standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Replenish and maintain in-room minibars in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Conduct accurate inventory checks and verify product expiry dates and quality.
- Record and post minibar consumption accurately to guest accounts.
- Inspect minibars for cleanliness, functionality, product presentation, and completeness.
- Prepare and maintain minibar carts and supplies for daily operations.
- Receive, store, and organise minibar products and deliveries in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Deliver minibar service to guest floors in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
- Respond to guest requests and enquiries with a warm and helpful approach.
- Remove expired products and maintain clean, organised, and hygienic work areas.
- Replace used glassware, utensils, and other minibar items as required.
- Maintain accurate records and minimise stock discrepancies and product wastage.
- Uphold Waldorf Astoria Brand Standards, Forbes Five-Star standards, and all relevant health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
