Responsibilities
- Experience on workshop equipment such as milling machine, lathe, planar shaper as per requirement of work job.
- Able to read basic drawing and check dimensions.
- Knowledge of machine tools and equipment.
- Tools used: cutter, tool holders, cutting tips.
- Assembly fitting of machines.
- Clean and lubricate machines, tools and equipment to remove grease, rust, stains and foreign matter.
- Use precision tools e.g. calipers to take accurate measurements.
- Knowledge of metal properties and other materials.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items.
- Responsible for machine condition and safety of machine.
- Responsible for personal safety at workplace and while using the machine.
Qualifications
- High school/ITI.
- Experience:
3‑5 Years (Same field).
- Good knowledge of and adherence with safety standards.
- Team player.
- Good time‑management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Miller, Turner and Lathe machines knowledge.
