Foreman / Welder (Cast Aluminium and Glass)
Experience must minimum 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management:
Oversee daily production activities in aluminum and glass fabrication units.
Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and manpower.
Monitor compliance with quality standards and production deadlines.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Prepare and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Act as a liaison between the production team and clients to address project requirements.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality checks and ensure all products meet industry standards.
Address and resolve quality-related issues in production or installation phases.
Team Management:
Assist in training, supervising, and evaluating team members.
Promote a safe and productive work environment.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and industry regulations.
Prepare reports on production efficiency, project progress, and resource utilization for management review.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,700.00 per month
