What You'll Do
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
- Build and manage content calendars across multiple channels and brand verticals
- Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Lead campaign planning and set the creative direction for content output
- Brief and coordinate designers, videographers, photographers, copywriters, and external agencies
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research to uncover content opportunities
- Track content performance and deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual communication across all touchpoints
- Work closely with internal teams to support wider company objectives through content
What You Bring
- 5–8 years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Brand Strategy, or Digital Marketing
- A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable content plans
- Proven experience managing content production workflows and creative teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
