We are a leading outsourcing company in the UAE, delivering recruitment, manpower, visa outsourcing, EOR/PEO, business setup, PRO services, and corporate solutions across the region. We are currently hiring an experienced Mid-Senior Accountant to lead our outsourcing operations and drive excellence across onboarding, compliance, and client management
Position: Mid-Senior Accountant
Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite – Full Time)

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions in ERP accurately and timely
- Post journal entries and maintain general ledger
- Process AP, AR, and employee reimbursements
- Perform bank, payroll, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing (accruals, prepayments, schedules)
- Assist in VAT and Corporate Tax support (reconciliations & documentation)
- Support payroll accounting entries and validation
- Assist in audits by preparing reconciliations and supporting documents
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues
- Support management reporting when required and handle issue resolution effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–7 years of accounting experience in the UAE
- Strong bookkeeping and general ledger experience
- Hands-on experience in reconciliations and month-end closing
- ERP experience (D365 / FOCUS preferred)
- Good Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots)
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT; exposure to Corporate Tax is a plus
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and ownership-driven
- Not limited to HRMS execution (SAP/Oracle/D365 etc. is secondary)
- Must be able to challenge system outputs, not just process them
- Must understand how payroll decisions impact finance, billing, and compliance simultaneously
- Strong ability to work with Finance, Operations, and Legal teams on payroll design and controls
Core Profile Required
The ideal candidate must operate beyond HR software execution and demonstrate:
- Deep understanding of payroll computation methodology, not just system processing (gross-to-net logic, accruals, retro, end-of-service, benefits impact)
- Strong grasp of labor law implications on payroll structures (UAE labor law + contract frameworks + compliance impact)
- Ability to interpret payroll as a financial model, including cost allocation, provisions, accruals, and P&L impact
- Experience in manpower / staffing industry, preferably handling both blue-collar and high-volume white-collar payroll structures
- Understanding of billing impact of payroll (cost-to-client mapping, recharge models, margin sensitivity, utilization vs cost)
- Ability to identify and control payroll vs revenue leakage risks
- Experience in handling complex payroll structures across multiple entities or client
