1. Job Title: Mid-Level Estimator – Joinery / Fit-Out

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years (UAE experience preferred)
Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Mid-Level Estimator with experience in joinery and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Perform quantity take-offs for joinery and fit-out works
- Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Support senior estimators in tender submissions
- Maintain records of pricing and cost data
- Coordinate with design and project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (UAE preferred)
- Basic knowledge of joinery materials and fit-out processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good analytical and communication skills
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
