Job Summary :
The ERP HR Specialist is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing the Human Resources modules within the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role ensures HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, employee records, performance management, attendance, and benefits administration are efficiently automated and aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in ERP HR implementation and enhancement projects
• Gather and document HR business requirements from stakeholders
• Administer and maintain HR modules within the ERP system
• Configure workflows, approval processes, user roles, and security access
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot ERP HR-related issues
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations
• Manage employee master data and ensure data accuracy
• Support payroll processing, leave management, attendance, and benefits administration
• Maintain organizational structure, job grades, and reporting lines within the system
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations
• Analyze HR workflows and recommend automation opportunities
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve efficiency
• Develop SOPs and best practices for ERP HR processes
• Participate in ERP implementation or digital transformation projects
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Provide insights on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, payroll trends, etc.
• Support audits through accurate HR system records
• Train HR users and employees on self-service portals
• Provide first-line support for system issues and user queries
• Prepare user manuals and training materials
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, data governance, and information security standards
• Perform any other duties related to the nature of the role as assigned by management to support business needs and operational continuity.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR systems / ERP HR modules
• Strong understanding of HR processes (payroll, attendance, recruitment, employee lifecycle)
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, Workday, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
