Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules based on business requirements.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on knowledge of Finance and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Configure procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, invoice matching, and accounts payable.
- Support financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Support UAT, system testing, defect resolution, and post-go-live activities.
- Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and process specifications.
- Provide end-user training and production support.
Technical / Techno-Functional Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the technical architecture of Dynamics 365.
- Work with developers to design and implement customizations and enhancements.
- Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications.
- Analyze technical issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Understand data entities, workflows, APIs, and integration mechanisms within Dynamics 365.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Support reporting and analytics requirements.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations
- Finance module
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Strong techno-functional consulting experience
- Business requirements gathering and functional specification
- Configuration and customization
- UAT and production support
- Integration and data migration knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Bilingual Requirement
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Arabic is required.
