Graphic application and related Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop work Assembly anddisassembly of existing and new product
Customcolor development Thisposition requires a self-starter mentality. The nature ofprototyping demands project deadlines measured in days or weeks.
Successful Finishers (Model Makers) are detail oriented, organized,and have a do what it takes approach.
Communication
with others onthe team will be integral in moving a project to completion. Yourprimary objective is to make sure the product meets our standardsand the customer’s requirements, when it comes to form,fit and function. Ideal Team Member:
* Good hand skills, includingsanding, prepping, and assembling detailedmodels
Budget time effectively withsimultaneous projects anddeliverables
Creativity, problem-solvingskills, and a visual eye
Willingness to
workoccasional overtime, and have a “do what ittakes” attitude
Mechanical aptitudeto use various hand tools and shopequipment
Computer skills:
Adobe Illustratorand Photoshop, working knowledge of 3D CADsoftware
Painting, color mixing and detailedsanding experience
Silicone and/or Polyurethanecasting experience
Background in Industrial Design

Candidates must be able to lift 35lbs andpotentially stand for long periods of time (spraying parts in paintbooth for example)
Must be able to understand,write, and communicate instructions inEnglish
A valid Driver’sLicense
A High School degree orequivalent
Ability to wear a half or full-facerespirator as required by OSHA Key Skills Engineering,Comunication skills,IT Skill
