Job Overview
Agha Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our cleaning and façade cleaning services. The ideal candidate must have at least five years of UAE experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and a valid UAE driving license. This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills, and the ability to optimize workflow while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Management:
Develop and implement operational strategies for cleaning and façade cleaning services.
Oversee daily operations, project scheduling, and workforce allocation to ensure efficiency.
Ensure all projects meet high-quality service standards and client expectations.
Conduct site visits and inspections to maintain operational excellence and address service gaps.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, industry best practices, and company policies.
Team Leadership & Workforce Management:
Lead, train, and mentor operational teams to improve service quality and efficiency.
Supervise and assign tasks to cleaning and façade cleaning teams.
Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and manage employee development programs.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training for new employees.
Client Relations & Business Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to secure long-term contracts.
Address client inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Engage in contract negotiations to expand business opportunities.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business growth.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities:
Oversee operational budgets, invoicing, and financial records.
Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory of cleaning equipment and materials.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments to maintain a positive cash flow.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or a related field – mandatory).
Experience & Industry Knowledge:
Minimum five years of UAE experience in operations management within the cleaning or façade cleaning industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning methodologies, façade cleaning techniques, and industry best practices.
Licenses & Certifications:
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
NEBOSH or other relevant safety certifications (preferred).
Leadership & Communication:
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
