Royal Smart Limousine (RSL), a leader in luxury transportation services, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Secretary to the CEO. This role demands a strategic thinker with expertise in executive support, finance functions, business operations, and high-level administration. The ideal candidate will act as a key advisor to the CEO, managing critical projects, overseeing financial and operational tasks, and ensuring smooth executive-level functions.

Key Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative Support:

Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing daily schedules, meetings, and communications.
Prepare and analyze high-level reports, presentations, and business documents for decision-making.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Financial & Business Oversight:

Assist in budget planning, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring to ensure fiscal efficiency.
Oversee financial reports, contracts, and cost analyses, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Liaise with the finance department on revenue tracking, invoicing, and financial planning.

Operations & Project Management:

Manage and oversee key business projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
Support in policy development and compliance with company standards and UAE regulations.

Document & Compliance Management:

Supervise document control, SOP creation, and digital filing systems for streamlined operations.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality control standards in all documentation.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

People & Talent Management:

Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to support employee engagement and workforce planning.
Assist in talent development initiatives and performance management strategies.
Maintain a professional and productive work culture within executive functions.

Technology & Digital Transformation:

Utilize Odoo ERP and other digital platforms for data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
Leverage AI and machine learning tools to optimize administrative and operational processes.
Implement and manage CRM and business intelligence tools to enhance decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a high-level executive support role, preferably in the transportation or luxury service industry.
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo ERP) and digital business tools.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at all levels.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multitask, and prioritize effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
