WE’RE HIRING — META ADS & VIDEO SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
SONO Technical Services LLC is looking for a highly capable Meta Ads & Video Social Media Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
This is NOT a general social media management role.
Around 75% of this position is focused on winning on Meta Ads.
We need someone who genuinely understands how to create, test, analyse and improve paid social advertising — not someone who has simply boosted posts or managed an Instagram page.
You must understand:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Hooks and scroll-stopping creative
- Video retention and drop-off
- A/B testing and creative testing
- CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and campaign performance
- How to analyse winning and losing ads
- How to turn performance data into the next creative idea
- Testing different hooks, angles, formats and offers
- Why one video performs and another does not
Video creation is a major part of the role.
You will regularly visit our projects across Dubai to:
- Film high-quality video content on site
- Direct the creative and plan what needs to be captured
- Produce strong opening hooks
- Shoot before/after transformations, demonstrations and customer-focused content
- Edit short-form video specifically for Meta advertising
- Create multiple versions of ads for testing
- Continuously improve creative based on performance
We are looking for someone with excellent videography skills and exceptional attention to detail.
You should be able to look at a project and immediately think:
What is the hook?
What should we film?
How do we keep attention?
What variations should we test?
What does the data tell us to create next?
We want someone who is analytical as well as creative.
You must be comfortable taking ownership of the full process:
Idea → Hook → Script → Shoot → Edit → Launch → Analyse → Improve → Test Again
IMPORTANT
Please do not apply if you cannot show examples of your work.
We want to see:
- Meta ad creatives you have personally worked on
- Videos you have filmed and edited
- Examples of hooks and ad concepts you created
- Meta Ads campaigns you have managed
- Performance/results where available
If you cannot clearly demonstrate your understanding of Meta advertising, creative testing and video performance, this role will not be suitable.
Experience with construction, home improvement, interiors, property or service-based businesses is a plus.
