Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst Jobs in Doha at CDK International LLC (Branch)
CDK International is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst to join our growing finance and strategy team in Doha. This role plays a key part in evaluating acquisition opportunities, conducting financial due diligence, and supporting end-to-end deal execution. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling expertise with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of corporate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation modeling, and due diligence for potential M&A transactions
- Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Analyze target company financial statements, market position, and industry trends
- Support preparation of investment memos, presentations, and deal summaries for senior management
- Assist in structuring transactions and evaluating deal feasibility and risks
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle
- Perform scenario analysis and assess financial impact of strategic transactions
- Support post-merger integration analysis and performance tracking
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of all financial and deal-related data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, or valuation roles
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and deal structures
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- CFA designation or progress toward CFA is an advantage
- Experience in cross-border transactions or multi-sector M&A deals
- Familiarity with financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ)
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
