About the Role:
Rahat Rewards is looking for a results-driven Merchant Acquisition Executive to onboard discount partners across Dubai, with a strong focus on the F&B sector. This is a target-driven, field-based role ideal for candidates who can actively pitch, close, and onboard merchants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, and lifestyle merchants
- Pitch Rahat’s platform and close partnership deals with attractive offers
- Onboard merchants with discounts/vouchers aligned to our customer base
- Meet weekly and monthly acquisition targets
- Maintain a strong pipeline and track outreach/conversions
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth partner activation
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
- F&B industry experience is highly recommended
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field work
- Must be based in UAE with own visa (mandatory)
Compensation:
- Fixed salary
- Performance-based extension
