Key Responsibilities
Lead merchandising operations across the Central Region of KSA.
Manage and develop merchandising field teams.
Ensure excellence in in-store execution, planogram compliance, product availability, and promotional displays.
Build strong relationships with retail partners and monitor execution through regular market visits.
Track KPIs, drive operational efficiency, and deliver business objectives.
Requirements
7–8 years of experience in FMCG merchandising, retail operations, or sales.
Strong knowledge of the KSA retail market and modern trade.
Proven experience managing merchandising teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Valid Saudi driving license with willingness to travel within the region.
