Job Overview:TheMerchandisingManager is responsible for leading theMerchandisingExecution and driving KPIs, comparing sales data for products handled, and making recommendations to management regarding possible solutions if sales are low. This may involve modifying displays, moving to different locations within the store, and managing the performance of the Merchandisers team. Manage the relationship with 3rd partymerchandisingcompanies, monitoring their performance, and controlling the payment process.
Responsibilities:
Monitor call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
Merchandise SSFL products within your OT stores in various access points, shelf, stand, and floor display.
Manage placement of POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
Ensure all access points are merchandised as per approved planograms.
Rotate product using FIFO method and remove sub-standard products.
Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSFL products on the shelf.
Monitor and report competitive activities.
Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer/outlet.
Participate in sampling/redemption campaigns when required.
Maintain appropriate personal appearance and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
Develop Best in Class Merchandisers Model.
Develop Merchandisers JP.
DevelopMerchandisingCapabilities.
Own Merchandisers Trackers and KPIs.
Be the focal person with the Merchandisers Suppliers.
Lead Regional Merchandisers SV.
Ensure Execution Discipline and Quality.
Track and Monitor Performance KPIs.
Report and Ensure Merchandisers HC Gap Filling.
Key Performance Measures:
Execution Standard.
Set Journey plan adherence.
Qualifications:
Management skills experience with direct sales team.
