Merchandiser Supervisor (FMCG) Jobs in Doha at Confidental Company
We are seeking a motivated and experienced FMCG Merchandiser Supervisor to lead and support our merchandising team. The successful candidate will oversee the effective display, stocking, and promotion of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products across retail outlets, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and availability.
- Monitor store layouts, shelf displays, and promotional setups to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching to team members.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance merchandising effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in FMCG merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and category management.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving license and willingness to travel between store locations.
