Position: Merchandiser )
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring excellent product visibility, availability, and execution at store level across key retail accounts in Jeddah. The role supports in-store activations, monitors market activities, and contributes to the achievement of sales and category objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly visit retailers
- Ensure product availability, visibility, pricing, and compliance with planograms and Must Stock Lists
- Manage and support Below-The-Line (BTL) activations and in-store promotional activities
- Report sell-in and sell-out data to the Category Manager
- Support promotions, product launches, and in-store activations
- Provide market and competitor insights to the commercial team
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team to avoid out-of-stock situations
- Ensure proper product rotation and compliance with food safety standards
Qualifications & Skill
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising
- Previous experience in fresh food, dry food, and seafood categories is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of the Jeddah retail market and major modern trade retailers
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage daily store visits
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred
