Install POS materials in an effective manner.
Implement competition feedback to Key Account Specialist.
Ensure that no damage or dirty packets are left on shelves, warehouse, and return defective ones to the company with an official customer return paper on a weekly basis (where needed).
Count and verify the quantity of the returned items in Key Account Warehouses / Outlets to control discrepancies resulting from returns.
Arrange Napco items in the warehouse and be responsible for their good condition and cleanliness.
Coordinate with the driver for fast delivery and ensure that the company’s products (all sizes & all packing) are present on shelves.
Implement sales plano-grams and maintain shelves as per shelf rent agreements.
Ensure correctness in shelf prices.
Fill up the customer card correctly and/or customer item list (vendor list) when KA will exercise item reorder with section manager and inform KAS accordingly.
Perform price fishing when needed and conduct monthly inventory of the POS.
