This position focuses on maintaining harmonious relationship with trade partners, ensuring efficient customer service, and fulfilling compliance and sales objectives across all outlets.
Responsibilities
- Maintain harmonious PR with trade and prompt efficient customer service at all times
- 100 compliance to journey plans
- Adherence to agreed call sequence and call objectives
- Achieve set KPIs on Availability, Visibility, BDA implementation, or share of space as per market share planograms
- Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy
- Follow FIFO and prompt execution of all display drives
- Ensure all-round availability of listed SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure
- Manage trade-returns within agreed levels
- Highlight near expiry issues well before expiry date (3 months prior)
- Ensure 100 implementation of all visibility contract and promptly report deviance if any
- Report competition activities and observe trade consumer trends
- Participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category, etc.)
- Comply with daily reporting timing and duty hours
- Proactive and prompt servicing of new outlets opening
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of local UAE experience in a similar role or 2 years’ experience in a related role
- Undergraduate degree
- Familiar with the dynamics of the FMCG trade
- Maximum 30 years of age
- Good communication skills (particularly listening) in English, Hindi
- Open to relocation within UAE
