Job Purpose:

The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring excellent product visibility, availability, and execution at store level across key retail accounts in Jeddah. The role supports in-store activations, monitors market activities, and contributes to the achievement of sales and category objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. :Regularly visit retailers
2. .Ensure product availability, visibility, pricing, and compliance with planograms and Must Stock Lists
3. .Manage and support Below-The-Line (BTL) activations and in-store promotional activities
4. .Report sell-in and sell-out data to the Category Manager
5. .Support promotions, product launches, and in-store activations
6. .Provide market and competitor insights to the commercial team
7. .Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team to avoid out-of-stock situations
8. .Ensure proper product rotation and compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications & Skill

1. s:Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandisin
2. g.Previous experience in fresh food, dry food, and seafood categories is highly preferre
3. d.Good knowledge of the Jeddah retail market and major modern trade retailer
4. s.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skill
5. s.Strong communication and reporting skill
6. s.Proactive, energetic, and customer-oriented attitud
7. e.Ability to work independently and manage daily store visit
8. s.Valid Saudi driving license is preferre
