Job Summary: Responsible for display and merchandising. Maintaining and monitoring stocks and proper shelving according to the planogram. Should be able to negotiate stock space/shelving whenever required. Make reports including, market trends, competition, expiry, sales and promotion. Provide customer service and able to demonstrate good communication skills.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for display and merchandising.
- Provide service to the assigned accounts.
- Maintaining and monitoring stocks and proper shelving according to the planogram.
- Should be able to negotiate stock space/shelving whenever required.
- Perform the standard call process during all the store visits.
- Handle all the customer requests in a professional manner.
- Make reports including, market trends, competition, expiry, sales and promotion.
- Provide customer service and able to demonstrate good communication skills.
- Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability
- Execute the merchandising standards established for the market/accounts
Job Specifications :
Academic/Professional Degree College Degree or equivalent
Years of Experience:3 years minimum experience in the same field
