Job Title: Merchandiser

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to ensure excellent product visibility, availability, and presentation across retail outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG merchandising, strong communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with store personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned retail outlets as per the daily route plan.
- Ensure products are properly displayed according to company merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
- Maintain product visibility through proper shelf placement, facings, and planogram compliance.
- Check product expiry dates and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and shelf activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve product availability and increase sales.
- Submit daily merchandising reports, store visit reports, and market feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure effective execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of merchandising experience in the UAE, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage.
- Good understanding of retail merchandising principles and shelf management.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong route planning and delivery planning skills to ensure efficient daily outlet coverage and timely execution of merchandising activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple store visits daily.
- Physically fit and willing to travel across assigned locations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage merchandising.
- Knowledge of planograms, FIFO, and merchandising best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.

Pay: AED1,548.78 – AED3,000.00 per month
