Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly meticulous Quality Control Officer to ensure that every item leaving our facility is flawless and meets the highest standards of craftsmanship. This role requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to delivering perfection to our prestigious clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect Every Product Thoroughly – Conduct meticulous quality checks on all merchandise, ensuring no defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies exist.
Ensure Brand & Client Standards Are Met – Verify that all items align with CADO’s strict quality guidelines and meet our clients’ expectations.
Packaging Perfection – Oversee the final packaging process, ensuring every product is presented beautifully, with flawless wrapping, ribboning, and branding.
Approve or Reject Products – Take full ownership of approving or rejecting products based on quality control assessments.
Coordinate with Production & Suppliers – Communicate quality concerns with suppliers and internal teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.
Continuous Improvement – Proactively suggest ways to enhance quality control processes and minimize errors.
Documentation & Reporting – Maintain records of inspections, rejected items, and any corrective actions taken.
