1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for MEP systems
2. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures
3. Conduct minor civil repairs such as painting, tile replacement, and sealant work
4. Replace electrical components (sockets, lights, breakers) and plumbing fittings
5. Coordinate with supervisors for daily task assignments and reporting
6. Maintain work area cleanliness and follow proper disposal of replaced materials
7. Update work orders in CAFM and complete service reports
8. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure use of PPE and tools correctly
9. Assist in asset inspections and contribute to condition-based assessments
