Job Title: MEP Supervisor – Swimming Pool & Landscaping
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong background in swimming pool and landscaping projects to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all MEP works related to swimming pool construction, including plumbing, electrical, filtration, and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate daily site activities with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project milestones.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate with the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience as an MEP Supervisor in swimming pool projects.
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool MEP systems, including pumps, filters, piping, electrical installations, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and coordinate with civil works.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
