Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee the smooth operations and maintenance of building services across hotel and property facilities. The role involves supervising technical teams and ensuring all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and related systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works, fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff including technicians, cleaners and security personnel.
- Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out as per schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess building conditions and system performance.
- Prepare and submit condition reports, maintenance reports and inspection findings.
- Ensure all building systems and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Respond to maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
- Monitor contractor and vendor activities when required.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and facility management standards.
- Support smooth operation of hotel and property facilities with minimal downtime.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in MEP or Facilities Management supervision roles.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and fire fighting systems.
- Experience in supervising multi-disciplinary teams (technical and non-technical staff).
- Ability to conduct inspections and prepare technical reports.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in hotel or property management environment preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in building maintenance and facility operations.
- Ability to manage day-to-day site operations independently.
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance systems and building services.
- Ability to handle emergency breakdown situations effectively.
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
