Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a MEP Supervisor / Team Leader located in Dubai. The Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing maintenance and repair tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years experience as engineering / maintenance role in hospitality or facility management is a must.
- Minimum 3 years experience as facilities or maintenance team leader or supervisor
- UAE driving license is a must
- Strong background in HVAC and Electrical and very good knowledge of MEP and civil.
- Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication in English and organizational skills
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Technical certification or diploma in a related field
