Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across ongoing projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
✔ Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in MEP site supervision
✔ Strong knowledge in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
✔ Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams
✔ Familiar with UAE building codes, construction standards & safety regulations
✔ Ability to interpret drawings and supervise technical execution
✔ Good communication and leadership skills
✔ UAE Driving License (advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
✔Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities
✔Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams
✔ Ensure proper installation, testing & commissioning of MEP systems
✔Review shop drawings and monitor material usage
✔Implement safety rules and ensure quality compliance
✔Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
✔Solve site-related issues and provide technical support
✔ Ensure work completion as per schedule
